The problem

The diagram below shows the current state of our subcription management services . But we need to make it clearer to our users how these services support librarians in the activities they need to carry out in their day to day roles.

Our solution

We intend to bring cohesion to our services, and how they support librarians.Our idea is that whether a librarian only uses one existing service or multiple services, that the experience will be more seamless and intuitive throughout.

Initially, this will involve Jisc Collections, JUSP and KB+.
